They roll over, and how far depends on the plan. Starter: 1 month, up to half your allowance. Growth: 1 month, in full. Pro: 2 months, in full. Scale: 2 months, in full. Enterprise: Custom. Rolled-over GB sit on the same balance as the new month's allowance.

Yes. Plan GB are standard GB on one balance, and all three residential tiers draw from it at different rates: Standard Residential draws 1, Premium Residential draws 1.5, Premier Residential draws 2. You can move a job between tiers without changing plan. Mobile, ISP and datacenter are bought outright instead.

Top up anytime at your plan rate, or ask us to move you to a bigger plan. From Pro up you also keep running past the allowance rather than stopping, and the overage lands on the next invoice at your plan rate.

Yes, twelve months after purchase. Until then it stays on your balance with no monthly burn-down. Monthly plan GB roll over instead of expiring at the end of the month.
