Refund Policy

When you can get money back for proxy balances, plans and servers, and how to ask.

Last updated 16 October 2026

1. Proxy balances, packs and pay as you go

The unused part of a proxy purchase can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Bandwidth you have already used is not refundable, so a partly used purchase is refunded in proportion to the GB still unused from that order.

Refunds go back to the original payment method: card payments are refunded through Stripe, and purchases paid from account credit are returned as account credit. Card refunds usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

2. Monthly and annual plans

You can cancel a plan at any time from the dashboard. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period runs to its end and its GB stay usable under the rollover rules for your plan.

The GB granted by a plan payment are refundable on the same terms as a balance: the unused part, within 14 days of that payment.

3. Servers and nodes

Windows VPS, bare-metal, Mac mini and Web3 node orders can be refunded within 48 hours of provisioning if the machine does not meet its published specification. After that, cancelling stops the next renewal.

4. When refunds do not apply

Accounts suspended or closed for breaching the Acceptable Use Policy or the Terms of Service are not refunded. If a payment is disputed with your bank, the GB bought with it are removed while the dispute is open.

Nothing in this policy limits a refund you are entitled to under mandatory consumer law where you live.

5. How to ask

Open a ticket on the contact page with the Billing topic, or email billing@foidproxy.com, from the address on your account and with the order number. A member of our billing team reviews every request and replies by email.
