Terms of Service

foidproxy is operated by foreignID LLC. In these policies "we", "us" and "foidproxy" mean that company. You can reach us at support@foidproxy.com.

By creating an account or using any foidproxy service you agree to these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy. If you are contracting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company.

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect, and continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 18 years old, and of legal age to enter a contract where you live, to create an account or buy any service.

You may not use the service if you are barred from receiving it under the laws of your country or under applicable sanctions.

You are responsible for everything that happens under your credentials, including the actions of sub-users you create. Keep your dashboard and gateway credentials confidential and rotate them if you suspect exposure.

One person or company per account. Reselling access without a written agreement is not permitted.

We work to keep the gateways available around the clock, but we do not offer an uptime guarantee or service credits unless a separate written agreement says so.

Pool composition changes continuously. We do not guarantee that any specific IP, subnet, location or carrier will remain available for the term of your plan.

Prices are in US dollars and are shown before any tax. Where tax applies to your purchase it is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Card payments are processed by Stripe.

Prepaid packs and pay as you go GB stay on your balance for 12 months from purchase and then expire. Account credit does not expire. Monthly plan allowances roll over as set out on the pricing page for your plan.

Monthly and annual plans renew automatically at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel from the dashboard at any time; the plan then runs to the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew. You can also pause a plan for up to one billing cycle.

If a payment is disputed or reversed, we may remove the GB bought with it and suspend the account until the dispute is resolved.

Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy at foidproxy.com/legal/refunds. In short: unused proxy balances can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, consumed bandwidth cannot, and accounts closed for breaching the Acceptable Use Policy are not refunded.

You may stop using the service and cancel any plan at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account immediately for breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, for payment fraud or chargebacks, or where continued service would expose us or others to legal risk.

The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for loss of profit, data or business opportunity arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law where you live.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which foreignID LLC is organized, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
