Yes. We will announce your prefix over BGP once the LOA and ROA are in place, on any plan with a 10 Gbps uplink.
Yes. Ask for it from the dashboard or a ticket. Routine reboots and cable checks are free; component swaps are billed at cost.
Open a ticket and we replace the failed drive, memory or PSU. Replacement times depend on the location and are confirmed when you order.
That is the usual setup. Run the crawler on dedicated hardware, route the requests through the residential gateway and settle both on one invoice.
